Stifinder works with transformative leadership and the implementation of development strategies in Danish and international companies. We have extensive experience in facilitating organisations, teams and individuals to develop through transformative learning processes, and by setting and realising ambitious goals.
Our methods are untraditional but highly effective, and based on simple tools and insights which lead to an understanding of how to create a meaningful future in your working life, family life and personal life.
The aim is to develop leaders and specialists with the skills to exercise transformative leadership in order to achieve ambitious goals with colleagues and employees.
Stifinder focuses on your leadership identity. The professional identity you have acquired through your education and the skills you have developed throughout your career will be refined and integrated. The outcome will be an identity that also includes transformative properties - transformative leadership.
To date, over 2,000 leaders and experts from public and private companies such as LEGO, Novo Nordisk, Bayer, Dong, Novozymes, Jyske Bank, the Danish Royal Theatre and SEAS-NVE have completed the Stifinder Programme. They have gone on to create positive results and lasting changes as leaders, colleagues, and in their personal lives – and their journey of development continues.
The Stifinder Programme introduces knowledge and tools which build upon the participants' professional expertise. This results in an interesting mix of professional knowledge, practical skills and personal insight, which develops each person's leadership identity and ability to practise transformative learning - in order to create extraordinary results together with others.
Stifinder was established by Lasse Zäll in 1998 in cooperation with Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen, CEO of LEGO at the time. Stifinder has been owned since 2010 by Lasse Zäll and Christer G. Zäll.
